Water Front Hotel

Check-in Information:

  • The hotel’s check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM the next day. For late check-out, please contact the front desk. A charge of NTD$500 per hour will apply for exceeding the time, and less than an hour will be counted as a full hour.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. There is a fine of NTD$6,000 for smoking indoors. The use of drugs and engagement in any inappropriate or illegal entertainment is strictly prohibited.
  • Upon check-out, please return the room key cards to the front desk for check-out procedures. Two key cards are provided per room, and a compensation fee of NTD$300 will be charged for each lost key card.
  • The hotel reserves the right to seek compensation from guests for any intentional or negligent actions that result in losses to the hotel.
  • Identification Required:
    Upon check-in, please provide your booking reference number and present your physical passport for verification. Please note that digital photos or photocopies of your passport on mobile phones will not be accepted. If valid identification cannot be provided, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in without a refund.
  • Payment Methods:
    Accommodation fees can be paid in full via online credit card payment at the time of booking, or upon check-in at the front desk using cash or a credit card. If you have any questions regarding the use of gift vouchers or payment methods, please feel free to contact our front desk staff at any time.
  • All room types accommodate a maximum of two guests (except for four-person backpacker rooms).
    Extra Person Charges:
    .Children aged 0–6 (inclusive): Stays free of charge (maximum of 2 children per room sharing existing bedding).
    .Children aged 7 (inclusive) and above: NT$900 per night.
    The above fee includes: 1 pillow, 1 blanket, 1 welcome gift, 1 set of towels, and 1 pair of paper slippers.
    Kindly Note: For children who stay for free without an extra bed, additional amenities and bedding will not be provided in the room.
  • Guests who book the “Go Green! Environmental Project” will not receive disposable amenities in the room (including toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, shower caps, slippers, cotton swabs). If needed, you can purchase them at the front desk during your stay.
  • Room Amenities Request Policy
    To promote environmental sustainability and maintain our service quality, additional room amenities are subject to the following guidelines:
    1. Towels & Slippers: Each room may request up to one additional set (towel and slippers) free of charge.
    2. Blankets: Each room may request up to one additional blanket free of charge. Due to limited availability, please inform us or make a reservation in advance; on-site requests will be subject to availability.
    3. Pillows: All rooms are standardly equipped with two pillows per person. To ensure optimal comfort and space on the bed, we do not provide additional pillows.
  • The coffee machine and snack bar in the lobby are available 24/7 (coffee cups are limited to lobby use only). There are also water dispensers and kitchen facilities for guests’ use.
  • The lobby entrance is open from 7 am to 12 pm. After this time, you can use your room key card for access. Feel free to enter and exit.
  • The front desk and bar provide 24-hour service. For any inquiries or assistance, dial 9 to contact front desk personnel.
  • Room amenities include toothbrushes, slippers, shower caps, cleaning kits, combs, bath towels, and mineral water. In consideration of environmental protection, only two bottles of water are provided daily. Refills can be done at the lobby. Disposable amenities (except cleaning kits) will not be replenished during your stay. Please contact the service staff if needed.
  • Room cleaning is scheduled from 1 pm to 5 pm. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, please use the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on your door. Bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels are replaced every three days. For any additional requests, please contact the service staff. GoGreen Project: In line with environmental protection, disposable amenities are no longer provided in the room. If needed, please inquire at the front desk.
  • Room Type: Backpacker Quad Room
    Your reserved room is the Backpacker Quad Room, featuring four single bunk beds. The room is equipped with the following amenities for each guest: four small towels, four toothbrushes with toothpaste, four bottles of mineral water, and four pairs of slippers. Additionally, there are four personal storage lockers with individual passcodes provided.
    Please note that the bathroom facilities are not located within the room but are situated in a shared area. On each floor, there are two such room types with separate male and female communal bathrooms.
